EAM Registration Form
To register for “EAM Alfaz 2010”, please follow these steps :
- Fill in all the mandatory fields marked with “*” on the form below and the one that will appear after clicking on the “next” button. Only those fields marked with a “+” will be public. Please repeat this for each member of your family attending the event.
- After completing the second form, click on the “register” button. You will then automatically receive an e-mail with your booking code for the hotel.
- Book your room(s) at the hotel, sending the information asked for in the automatic e-mail, to their reservations department. Please note that you will NOT be considered as “registered” (and therefore not appear in the “Who’s Coming” list) as long as you have not correctly reserved your room at the Albir Playa Hotel & Spa.
After filling out the forms, you will also be able to use the “EAM Alfaz 2010 Alumni Network” on this web page. And our system will recognise you the next time you log in.
