On arrival at Alicante airport (El Altet) you have four options for getting to l'Alfàs del Pi.

Airport Bus to Benidorm

There is an airport shuttle bus from the airport to Benidorm (only 6 Km. from your hotel in El Albir - l'Alfàs del Pi) that runs every hour from 8.00 – 23.00 hours.  The bus departs from outside the arrivals terminal building and costs just € 8 per person each way. You can pay as you get on the bus at the airport. Just look for the "Benidorm Bus" sign as you walk out of arrivals.

Once you arrive in Benidorm you can take a taxi to your hotel which costs around € 10.

For the return journey this same airport bus departs from Benidorm every hour from 7.00 – 22.00 hours. You should pay for this service at the ticket office in Benidorm. It's not a bad idea to buy your return ticket as you arrive in Benidorm as the bus gets very busy.

To be sure of the latest timetables check the Alsa website.

You can also purchase your tickets online.

Make sure that you fill out “AEROPUERTO ALICANTE” as your Town of Origin and not just “ALICANTE”.

Taxi

There are taxis at Alicante airport which can carry up to four people. The approximate rate to El Albir – l'Alfàs del Pi is about € 70 for the journey. Make sure that the taxi driver is not going to add on an airport supplement and a baggage supplement for each case you're carrying.

Private Shuttle

You can also pre-book a private Transfer Shuttle from Alicante to El Albir – l'Alfàs del Pi. Prices are very reasonable and you'll be taken to the door of the hotel. Some shuttle companies require that you reconfirm your return transfer the day before.
