The Albir Playa Hotel & Spa (Address: Camino Viejo de Altea, 51, Playa del Albir - Alfaz del Pi, Alicante, Spain) offers all UWPIAA members the following special conditions and very reduced prices (check out the regular prices on the hotel’s website and compare!) for our EAM  meeting on 14-16 May 2010, and for those that want to turn this event into a longer stay (you can come early, stay longer or both).

ACCOMODATION (for stays of 2 nights and up):

Option A - Early Booking (before 1^st of April 2010):

Prices are per person and per night in Half Board (VAT included):

For the B option, reservations will be accepted upon availability of rooms.

Discounts Third Person :

ü Age 0 - 2 :                          100 %

ü Age 3 - 12 :                         First Child : 100 %
                                         Second Child : 50 %

ü Starting age 13 :                  25 %

Albir Playa Hotel & Spa options and reserves at no cost 70 rooms (of which a maximum of 35 can be single rooms) until closing date 1^st April 2010.

 DISCOUNT VOUCHER:

ü The hotel offers to all the participants an additional discount of 20 % for their next stay.

ü The voucher which will be given on arrival at the hotel, will carry an official stamp from the hotel to verify its authenticity the day of arrival.  This voucher can not be used together with other special offers and the discount will be calculated on the general rates in the regime of room with breakfast.

THERMAL CIRCUIT:

Special price offer for the Thermal Circuit of 12 € per person (price per pass and person per day) instead of the regular 18 €.  Participants simply have to give their room number and name to identify themselves at the Spa Reception as members of the group and thus receive the special price.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

ü The Albir Playa Hotel & Spa offers the rooms for the Option A category and price until April 1, 2010.  You will receive your group code through an automatic e-mail once you are registered correctly.

ü After April 1, 2010, Option B category and prices will be available when booking with the group code and upon availability of rooms.

ü The reservation is guaranteed upon payment of 50% of the total accommodation fee.

ü Cancellation costs 24 hours before arrival (12.00 pm) or No show : one night.

ü All payments and contracting will be done directly between Albir Playa Hotel & Spa and each individual booking member of the UWPIAA.  The Organizing Committee or the UWPIAA are by no means financially responsible for any of the payments.
