We have endeavoured to make the EAM 2010 both exciting and affordable. However, the total number of participants will be limited by space and the availability of hotel rooms, so please register early. There are however, more fun things that make it worthwhile to registering early.  So please do!

Availability

We have managed to negotiate extremely good EAM rates with the hotel.  But that also means that we are limited to the number of hotel rooms we are able to block.  The deadline for early bookings is 1^th April.  After that, the hotel will no longer block rooms for our group, will charge higher rates and reservations will be accepted upon availability.  If  the number of blocked rooms fills up before the early booking deadline, you may be placed on a waiting list.

Early Registration Contest

All of those that register before 1^st April, enter in the Early Registration Contest.  You may win an upgrade to a Deluxe Room for your entire stay!
